Julieta´s Cookie Cream
Ingredients
- 40 Julieta´s Cookies
- 100 gr. of sugar
- 400 gr. liquid whipping cream
- 600 ml. milk
- 3 teaspoons of dulce de leche
- 1 teaspoon curd powder
Preparation
- Pulverize the cookies in the blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, cook the mixture for five minutes over low heat and stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and pour into glasses.
- Refrigerate for five hours and serve a delicious dessert.
